Six years of experience managing multi-cultural teams for an advanced training enterprise. Responsible for management, motivation, team performance and coaching of team members. Active as a trainer and consultant since 2000. Topics: management, selection and optimisation of (international) teams, smooth corporate communication and structuring of internal processes in growing enterprises.
His focus: renewable energies, logistics, mechanical engineering, cooperation between enterprises and non-profit organisations, small and medium-size companies.
