The consultant
Anita Kasper studied business management and psychology at the universities of Hamburg, Tübingen and Stockholm and has gathered years of extensive experience in the area of human resources as head of personnel departments in fast-growing enterprises with up to 1,000 employees, primarily in the IT and telecommunications and the banking and finance sector. Since 1997 she has been self-employed, offering (intercultural) consultancy and coaching services as well as workshops, mainly in the areas of personnel recruitment, administration and organisation as well as entrepreneurial culture and change management.
